Wheatley Kilroy Salmon Fly Box
Wheatley Kilroy Salmon Fly Box has two bands of spring clips for salmon flies, and a gauge that measures the size of a fly by the common hook number system, #8 to #10/0. For flies with unusual hooks, there is an inch scale. The box is in excellent condition with normal evidence of use on the exterior and the interior. Stocked with hand tied vintage salmon flies. 6 1/8″ x 3 3/4″ x 1″. Dating from around 1966 to 1975, constructed from aluminium with stainless steel spring fly retainers and a salmon fly gauge in the lid.
